CMU Team Training

CMU‘s team training is a great way to get everyone on the same page – and to bring teams together to learn, share, engage and connect with each other, and with current topics of interest across the industry.

We offer an off-the-shelf team training programme with sessions providing a comprehensive overview of the music business today, including recordings, publishing, live and the fan relationship.

There are two hour and three hour versions of each session, depending on what works best for your team, both including time for Q&A and discussion.

Sessions are delivered by CMU’s Chris Cooke, and are available in-person or online. Clients can book individual sessions or the full programme. To find out more about costs and how to book email [email protected]

We also develop and deliver bespoke training courses for music companies and organisations – to discuss these services email [email protected]
